* Provide support for Client Development Officers (CDOs) in new
business processing, Including contact management, workflow reviews
and new business folder remediation related to GCM clients.
* Provide marketing support and coordinate with the Marketing team
for all conferences, tradeshows, events and marketing collateral
requests.
* Provide administrative support to CDOs and Unit manager, including
travel and entertainment (T&E) processing, system input, travel
itineraries and ad-hoc requests.
* Attend conferences and events supporting the CDO and
administrative teams as needed.
* Understand and adhere to the Company?s risk and regulatory
standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company?s
Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to
management.
* Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the
M&T Bank brand.
* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely
implementation of internal and external audit points together with any
issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
* Complete other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor?s degree,
OR in lieu of a degree,
A combined minimum of 4 years? higher education and/or work
experience
Proficient in the use of personal computers and pertinent software
packages
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Ability to learn and prioritize workloads
Business or financial services experience
